Scale (tartar) on your teeth?

Do you often visit the dentist to have your teeth scaled? A prevention strategy is easy! I am not talking about ordinary plaque. Scale has a hard, stone like appearance and is usually more visible between your lower front teeth where the tongue touches (near the saliva glands).  Replace your ordinary supermarket toothpaste with a fluoride free brand, e.g. Tea Tree Toothpaste. In addition to that, take a vitamin E supplement (approximately 400IU) daily. The formation of tartar is impossible in the absence of fluoride, provided the body is nourished / supplemented with vitamin E.  I know there is still some debate as to whether or not fluoride is a risk factor for cancer and studies are inconclusive, but ‘the proof of the pudding is in the eating’ or should I say between the teeth?
