Alkalize or die

A Book with the same title as above by TA Baroody made me realize that body and joint pains are often the result of an ACIDIC body. Things that produce acid are eating lots of meat, mercury fillings in your teeth and junk food among others. Acidic non-vegetarians are usually magnesium deficient and have calcium excess. Magnesium is an essential mineral, the 4th most needed in the body, and within the cell, second to potassium. It is considered a potential tool in the prevention or co-adjuvant treatment of arrhythmias and coronary heart disease. If you know you are acidic by testing your saliva first thing in the morning with some p/H test strips, you may find the info below helpful:
- Deep breathing as this alkalizes the body (Consider moderate exercise)
- 2 to 3 liters of water per day (This also alkalizes the body)
- Using some kind of chlorophyll (green) drink or raw, fresh vegetable/fruit juice which tastes great by the way (Alkalizes the body too)
- Alkalizing powder on an empty stomach daily (dissolved in some lukewarm water for better absorption) might alleviate the pain associated with “frozen shoulders”, arthritis/rheumatism in the hands/fingers as well as “stiff and sore” muscles to a certain degree.
- Putting some ALKALIZER into all the liquids you drink may be very helpful.
Get enough SLEEP – 7 to 8 hours are recommended per night. During the sleep period, many acid by-products brought about by over-exhaustion, are processed and eliminated from the body through deep breathing and sweating. This repair period is alkaline-producing in nature.
