Do you use Lip Ice often?
Dry lips are a definite sign of water shortage. Do you know that the body needs a minimum of 0.3 liter of water per 10 kg of body mass per day? That is roughly 1 glass of water for every 10 kilograms or 6 to 8 glasses if your body mass is between 60 to 80 kilograms. The 'old wives tale' of 8 glasses of water per day is actually spot on if you want to prevent many different ailments besides dry lips! So discard your Lip Ice and start drinking clean water!
